She founded Caras Training in 1990 to develop and deliver training programs with measurable, sustainable results and a solid return on investment. Today, she leads her team of consultants, curriculum designers and facilitators to create custom, interactive, useful learning and development programs that change behaviors and improve profits.

Gloria Mogavero

Gloria Mogavero is Client Services Manager at Caras Training. She has more than 20 years of experience working directly with clients for both national and local companies, including managing a client services team in the highly competitive direct mail industry.

Susan Getgood

Susan Getgood is a social media and marketing consultant. She developed For the Face of Your Business for Caras Training and is an occasional contributor to the blog.
